Who we are
ARTMORI makes personalized caricature figurines in our Izmir workshop in Türkiye.

What we collect
We collect the information you send in your order email: your name, email address, photos, shipping address and personalization text. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
We also collect photos you upload on our order form.
Phone number (required if you choose WhatsApp for your preview).
Your cart saves design choices, quantities and optional personalization text or notes in your browser's local storage. It does not save your contact details or photos there. Removing the cart or clearing your browser storage removes these saved choices.
For the current browser session, we may save three campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) and the referring website's hostname in session storage, then attach them to your order request. Each is limited to 60 characters. We do not copy your form name, email, phone number or photos into these fields, or save the referring page's full address, path or query. Campaign labels should not contain personal information.
How we use it
We use your order information to design, make and ship your figurine and to reply to you about your order.
We use your phone number to send your preview on WhatsApp if you choose it, and to share with the shipping carrier for delivery.
We use campaign labels and referring website hostnames to understand which channels lead to order requests. When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website traffic and performance without analytics cookies. We do not send your order form contact details or photos to this analytics feature.
Your photos
Your photos are used only to create your figurine and its digital preview. We do not show them publicly or use them in marketing without your written permission. You can ask us to delete them.
To create your caricature, your photo may be processed with third-party design tools, including AI image tools, used only for your order.
Who we share it with
We share information needed to provide your order with:
- The shipping carrier: name, delivery address and phone number, only to deliver your order.
- Our website, file storage and email providers (Cloudflare) to operate the service.
- Design software providers, including AI image tools, that process your photo to create your design.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep other order information as needed to complete the order and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Customer photos are kept for up to 3 months after the order is completed. Automatic deletion is not enabled.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.
