How ordering works
Ordering starts on any product page: choose your design, upload your photo and send your order. You can also prepare an email instead. We reply within 24 hours with the price, delivery estimate and next steps. You receive a free digital preview, approve the design, and then we begin production.
Your order is placed when you send it with your photo. If you choose to send your photo later, your order is placed when we receive it. We then send your price and free digital preview, and production starts only after you approve the preview. You can send an order request with your photo on any product page, or prepare an email on our order request page. Online payment is not available yet.
Your photo and content
By sending a photo or personalization text, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We may decline designs containing logos, trademarks or content we cannot make.
Previews and approval
We send a free digital preview by email or WhatsApp and make edits until you approve it. Check the design and personalization text before approval. Nothing is made before you approve the preview.
Production and delivery
Production takes 1–2 business days after approval. Your figurine ships from Izmir to the United States with tracking. See shipping information for delivery options and timing.
Replacements
Personalized items cannot be returned. You can cancel or change an order before shipping. Damaged, incorrect or faulty items are remade and shipped free of charge; no need to send them back. See our returns and remakes policy for how to contact us.
